No sales responsibilities are involved, allowing you to dedicate your efforts entirely to technical tasks. This position offers a competitive compensation package with an additional performance-based commission structure.
Pay:
Base pay of $17/hour with a 5% commission on gross profit for each 100% completed repair
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnosis, repair, and soldering on a wide range of electronic devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Troubleshoot hardware and component issues and conduct detailed repairs using precision tools and soldering techniques.
- Ensure repairs meet high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Follow detailed procedures for each repair, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Document all repair processes and update device status in the company system.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Continuously update knowledge on the latest technology and repair techniques.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2 years) in soldering and device repair at a high technical level.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and soldering equipment.
- Ability to handle complex repairs and ensure minimal disruption to the device’s functionality.
