Job Description:
In this role, your responsibilities encompass supervising a team, surpassing sales and profit targets, overseeing marketing initiatives, repairing tech devices, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and profit objectives.
● Fulfill operational requirements through effective management of employee schedules, workflow, and work quality assessment.
● Retain a skilled workforce by providing proper training and ongoing coaching.
● Achieve financial goals by controlling expenses, analyzing variances and metrics, and implementing corrective measures.
● Maintain success by enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures.
● Strengthen the brand by building rapport with existing and potential customers.
● Ensure the availability of merchandise and services by managing and ordering inventory.
● Lead the team by executing essential tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual with both technical repair and managerial expertise, who possesses:
● A genuine passion for technology.
● Proficiency in device repair, including computers, laptops, tablets, phones, hardware, and software, as well as LCD screen replacements.
● Quick adaptability and self-reliance.
● Proven experience in managing, preferably within a retail setting.
● A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
● Experience in recruiting, training, and developing new employees.
● Exceptional customer service aptitude.
● Outstanding technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
● Exceptional organizational skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
● Competence in Microsoft Office or its equivalent.

● High school diploma or GED.
● Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
● Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks.
● Readiness to work at multiple locations during training.
Preferred Qualifications:
● A minimum of six months of supervisory or management experience.
● Previous employment at a retail electronics store.
● A certification.
● Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
● Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
