As a coach you will ensure the optimal learning environment for the player. Planning and implementing the Fremont YSC curriculum, lead the coaching during training and on game days, review and reflect on coaching performance for personal growth, and ensure all delivery is age specific and to the needs of the individual.

Responsibilities :
- Development of the player within the learning phase objectives.
- Deliver training sessions from the Fremont YSC Framework, a periodized and age appropriate curriculum.
- Provide individualized coaching to players based on their skill level and needs
- Ensure and support players along with age appropriate IDP, being player led with support of the parents.
- Actively engage in personal growth and development through continued education and self reflection.
- Continuous open communication with DOC of learning phase in reference to welfare and needs of individual players.
- Manage playing time and opportunities for players in need of challenge and support.
- Coaching aligned with the values and behaviors of Fremont YSC.
- Monitor and record player progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement, aligned with DOC implemented process.
- Coordinate with other coaches and staff to ensure smooth operation of training, games, and player development needs
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding player progress, team schedules, and any other relevant information, building relationships within the a team culture, fostering a collective approach to player development.
- Take responsibility for ensuring the highest standards are always met (environment / culture, appearance, kit, equipment, behavior)
