Job Description :
12-14 years’ experience. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Create and utilize personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide and enhance design decisions.
- Generate wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups to clearly present and communicate design ideas and user experiences.
- Engage with cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with project goals and technical constraints.
- Perform usability testing and collect actionable feedback to iteratively improve design solutions.
- Stay informed on current industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to enhance your design approach continuously.
