We are seeking an Automation Testing Engineer with experience in Hammer tool from Infovista , Karate for API testing, and a background in functional testing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of contact center applications, including voice and messaging flows, through automated testing. Experience with IVR testing and knowledge of agile methodology is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Hammer tool and Karate .
- Prepare test plans and execute tests within business applications and processes.
- Perform IVR testing to ensure smooth customer experience across voice and messaging applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure thorough test coverage and defect resolution.
- Document testing processes, results, and issues; communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to project timelines and priorities.
- Participate in agile testing cycles, including sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews.
