Job Title: Graphic Designer
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering creative design across all media, ensuring strict compliance to brand guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce various marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, print materials, and presentations.
- E nsure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms and mediums.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for visual content and marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to inform design decisions and strategies.
- Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit visual assets efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house or agency setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template creation preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital design principles.
- Understanding of client and team briefs
- Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
