Position Overview :
The Oracle Cloud Fusion Solutions Architect is a key role within the ERP Implementation team, responsible for leading the development and management of a portfolio of Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions. This includes cloud virtualization, software-defined networking, infrastructure, security, and integration with select third-party products. The architect will guide the creation and delivery of best practices and technical architectural support for Oracle Cloud Fusion, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and drive desired outcomes. The position also requires involvement in developing long-term strategies and roadmaps for cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and architect Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions, including modules such as Financials, HCM, SCM, and EPM.
Develop architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps for cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to assess and deliver solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to architectural standards.
Provide leadership in identifying and resolving cloud infrastructure and service-related issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for cloud computing practices, including disaster recovery and incident management.
Ensure solutions are aligned with security practices, compliance standards, and emerging technology trends.
Lead efforts in integrating Oracle Fusion with other applications and systems, using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
Guide and support agile teams, providing advice on the impact of architectural decisions, risks, and technical debt.
Work closely with other architects (Security, Network, Database) to address architectural challenges and ensure seamless integration across the project.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, System Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion solution development, including expertise in modules such as Financials, HCM, SCM, and EPM.
Strong understanding of integration techniques, tools, and security practices.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion architecture, configuration, data structures, and middleware solutions.
Experience with Oracle Fusion APIs, Web Services, and integration with other technologies.
Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL practices.
Proven ability to develop and communicate architectural strategies and roadmaps.
Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in an outsourced environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
Skills :
Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion architecture and configuration.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management, cloud security, and compliance.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion integration, data management, and middleware solutions.
Hands-on experience with cloud service deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead architecture discussions.
