Job Title: Project Manager for MOM and SCADA Systems
Location: Byhalia, Mississippi
Note: United States (Remote/In-office and at customer locations, with potential travel to Byhalia, Mississippi, and Detroit)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee design and implementation of MOM and SCADA systems for a greenfield factory.
- Gather and document functional requirements for MOM and SCADA systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate MOM and SCADA systems with enterprise systems like ERP, WMS, QMS, etc.
- Manage new manufacturing processes and workflows for efficient production.
- Develop KPIs and metrics for Lithium Iron Phosphate EV battery manufacturing.
- Provide training and create user documentation for MOM and SCADA solutions.
- Manage relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners in different regions (US, India, China).
- Regularly report status to client executives and manufacturing leads.
- Travel as needed for workshops at manufacturing facilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in relevant fields (Production/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing MOM and SCADA system design and implementation.
- Proven experience with system integration and new manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in EV battery manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Siemens Opcenter or similar MOM and SCADA systems.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
