Description:
The IT Service Desk Engineer III will serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, chat, or the IT Service Desk Portal, troubleshooting issues, performing basic user account administration, and monitoring internal chat resources.
The engineer will also be responsible for preparing laptop computers and other peripherals for shipment to associates.
The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, advanced technical issue diagnosis abilities, and a strong understanding of networking principles, client configuration, Active Directory, desktop/laptop hardware, Microsoft Windows OS 10, and mobile device configuration/support (Android & iOS).
Self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Some travel (less than 10%) to other offices may be required in order to service or transfer equipment.
