Job Title : Desktop Support
Address - Thalians Health Center, Ground Floor, RM 134, Los Angeles, CA 90048
12 Months Contract
Must-Have Primary Skill : End user support-Desktop support-Citrix, VPN, Antivirus and SCCM Client-Wise Client, Sonic Wall, Cisco, F5 VPN etc.
Client Desktop Role :
- Provide support for all client workstations and peripheral devices like printers, scanners, and barcode readers.
- Responsible for installing and maintaining all works station hardware and client software.
- Investigate and suggest new or enhancements to policies, procedures, practices, or other actions that would result in enhanced workflow, reduced cost, increased productivity and increased customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
RC- Domain : Infrastructure & Systems
RC- Subdomain : 46 - End User Support (Hardware that included Video conference, Asset Migration, Standard Desktop and laptop, Printer, Plotter, Scanner, Desk Phone, Smart hand support, IMAC-D, Standard Applications like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, Flash player etc. and customized customer applications like CATIA, ENNOVIA, PATRAN, NASTRAN etc. , Lync, Skype, Cisco Jabber, mobile phones -iOS, Android)
