Epicor Technical Consultant
Role Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Epicor Technical Consultant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have 3 years of technical experience in Epicor Kinetic and a strong understanding of the required modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the current Epicor ERP setup and provide recommendations for improvements since go live.
- Coordinate and track assessments of the current environment, including data, information, and site collections.
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to verify the accuracy of critical data.
- Coordinate requirements of reporting needs with the agency and create reports.
- Implement enhancements and coordinate the thorough testing of data integrity, access controls, and functionality.
- Create ongoing support and documentation to assist users in the transition.
- Monitor the migration process to ensure data integrity and minimal downtime.
- Evaluate the success of the migration against defined success criteria.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training where necessary.
Required Skills:
- Technical experience in Epicor Kinetic (at least 3 years)
- Experience with the listed Epicor modules
- Portfolio Management experience
- Critical thinking skills to analyze project requirements and inputs
