Responsibilities
- Craft technical strategy for the data modernization program; Tell clients why they should pick Databricks based architecture for their project? Articulate advantages of going with databricks based architecture and able to communicate to business team;
- Be hands on and solve any technical issues in Azure environment (for example solving problems in Resource groups, performance group, tenants)
- Build medallion architecture and create the benefits for each of layers in medallion architecture.
- Guide the application team in terms of how their data model can fit into medallion architecture.
- Create frameworks for data quality as a Service, data governance as a service, data protection as a service, data virtualization.
- Guide on performance tuning and data auditing.
- Create frameworks and technical architecture for consumption layer.
- Be a technical advisor for data engineering team.
- Configure DeltaTable in Databricks, if needed.
