Location : Wellington, Ohio : : Onsite
Position Type : Fulltime
Job Description
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in design engineering and detailing
- Perform calculations for the stresses developed in the structural and mechanical components of overhead cranes and runway systems.
- Generate 2D & 3D design drawings, detailed fabrication drawings and bill of materials for overhead cranes and other material handling equipment using AutoCad.
- Work with other project team members in the engineering stage of various material handling projects.
- Review customer generated drawings and specifications as they pertain to the engineering design of the equipment or system.
- Team approach to problem solving
- Strong skills in communication and customer service
- Proficient in AutoCad for 2D & 3D design and detailing
- Computer literate with proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience in manufacturing and Structural steel fabrication desired
- Able to work in a collaborative / team environment
