Role- Post Silicon Validation
Location : Santa Clara, CA
- Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for post-silicon testing of semiconductor products.
- Design and implement test cases to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of semiconductor devices.
- Develop and maintain test environments, including test benches and automation scripts.
- Analyze and debug issues found during post-silicon validation testing, working closely with design and verification teams to identify root causes and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineers to develop and integrate validation tests into automated test frameworks.
- Participate in silicon bring-up activities and provide support for initial validation testing.
- Document validation procedures, test results, and issues encountered during testing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor validation methodologies.
