This team support applications that compliment their main workforce management system (Kronos). Those applications are WorkJam, ThinkTime, and Reflexes.
This Product Manager will be supporting a scrum team that supports all of these applications but primarily WorkJam.
Looking for strong Product Manager with Retail industry experience that has experience knowing when and how to integrate multiple systems together.
Must Haves :
- 5-10 years' (MAX) experience as a Product Manager
- Agile experience
- Retail industry experience
- Experience with system / application integrations
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability and experience coaching a younger team on agile
Product Manager is responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet our customer needs over the product-market lifecycle. This role collaborates with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develops the Program Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs including assurance that business needs cascade down to the team level. A PM is responsible for the feature product backlog and serves as the ultimate product authority approving PI / TI and Iteration objectives.

Owner of creating, managing & prioritizing product features, using a backlog, including experience in serving as the ultimate authority; agrees upon DoD & supports the flow of work at the Program layerGenerates business value work with the Portfolio layer including experience in working with the PO to assure that the work cascades down to the team level including driving and approving PI / TI Iteration / Sprint objectivesKey owner & driver of strategic themes & roadmap for the Product lifecycle including ability to guide the product through the lifecycle states including creating & management of rolling wave plansResponsible for ensuring that Value Streams are creating feasible and sustainable products & solutionsOwns outlining & prioritizing enabler work including ensuring work is understood & execution coincides with business value workIf part of an ART, is an active participant & skilled in ART ceremonies and associated responsibilitiesKey participant in supporting and reviewing system demos to ensure demonstrated delivered work aligns with targeted business value deliverables & scopeEnsures Program risks are identified and handledIdentifies, tracks & handles appropriate feature metrics including tracking feature progress & areas for improvementResponsible in identifying customers and stakeholders including advanced skills with client / stakeholder management both internal & external.
