Key Skills : HW Analog design and mixed signal electronic design engineer with Gas Analysis product understanding
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering or related subject, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in mixed signal electronic design (with a bias towards embedded system design).
- Experience of developing high speed digital designs
- Experience of communications protocols and their physical requirements (CAN Bus, SPI / QUAD SPI, I2C, MIPI, RS485)
- Practical experience in board brings up and debug using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Strong and versatile technical problem solver.
- Experience of design for signal integrity and EMC.
- Experienced in the use of simulation tools (LTSpice, Pspice, etc)
- Practical experience in the use of Schematic capture and PCB layout design tools (preferably Altium)
- Basic understanding of embedded software development and languages (C, C )
- Understanding of digital signal processing techniques
- Electronics development for hazardous areas
- Multilayer PCB layout experience
