Job Description :
- 10 - 12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain
- Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)
- Solid experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations
- Experience in creating performance test strategy, design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing
- Hand-on experience in at least one of the Load testing tools (Load Runner (Primary) , Jmeter, VSTS, SOASTA etc)
- Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring
- Hands-on experience in using analytic tools like Omniture, google analytics and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Appdynamic, Tivoli, Sitescope etc
- Hands-on experience in at least one Object Oriented Programming Language (Java, C etc.) would be an added benefit
- Prior Customer Facing Experience is a must
- Experience in Mobile App Development / Mobile Performance Testing would be an added benefit
- Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach, strategic direction for testing and improving application's performance
- Ecommerce performance testing experience is a plus
Soft Skills :
Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
