JOB SUMMARY:

Responsibilities include the development, writing, communication, and execution of a comprehensive Marketing plan. Manage all daily activities relative to marketing and develops new programs and initiatives that are designed to further United Solutions’ mission.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains a professional and courteous attitude with staff and business contacts.
Create and manage comprehensive marketing calendar for the organization.
Make suggestions for improvements to design of company web site and implement approved changes.
Facilitate Maintenance of company Web site: update pictures, copy, announcements, etc.,
Develop promotional materials, ensuring valid, current, and accurate content.
Planning and concept development and execution of print and media campaigns.
Plans and implements public relations programs.
Research to identify clients, sector opportunities, and competition.
Create marketing collateral.
Coordinate events including meetings, speaking engagements, seminars, trade shows, and exhibits.
Monitor corporate communications plan and strategy for uniformity in message, including templates, tag lines, and logo usage.
Communicates with supervisor regarding all pertinent problems, irregularities, new development, changes and other important information within area of responsibility.
Performs other duties as assigned and support alls areas of the company and its affiliates.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in web design.
Good project management skills.
Strong understanding of the principles of marketing.
Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.
Experience with email marketing tools such as Constant Contact.
Experience with video production.
Creative and innovative.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work across departmental boundaries to complete tasks.
Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
A four (4) year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a technical or trade school. Three (3) years of similar or related professional experience. Combination of education and similar experience may be substituted.
