As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our operations and project delivery.
Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. This individual will assist in project administration, budget tracking, change order processing, scheduling, and issue resolution. Additionally, the role will support quality control, safety compliance, and training management to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project estimating and scope reviews
- Manage project administration and document control
- Track and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Facilitate job site meetings and client communications
- Coordinate material procurement and change order management
- Support quality control and safety management initiatives
- Assist in training programs for field staff
- Proactively identify and resolve project-related challenges
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in construction project management or experience in spray-applied trades preferred
- Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred) to facilitate communication with diverse teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a high level of autonomy
- Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
