EXECUTIVE CHEF – SENIOR LIVING RESIDENTS
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, successful Senior Living residence. They are seeking an Executive Chef to help run the operation of their kitchen, restaurant, café, and catering hall. This is a great opportunity.
Salary : $75,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year. Depending on Experience.
Benefits offered : Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401k, and PTO.
Hours / Days : Monday-Friday 10am-8pm, holidays and weekends required as needed.
Responsibilities for the Executive Chef :
- Collaborate with Unit Manager in order to solve issues with food production, preparation, and presentation
- Form and maintain relationships with residents
- Manage organization and sanitation of dining rooms, kitchens, and storage areas
- Directly supervise the food production staff
- Supervise, implement and maintain core menus and recipes
- Follow all federal and state regulations related to food handling and production
Salary : $75,000 - $88,000
