Budget Trucks Loss Prevention Agent
Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC is searching for a coordinator for our Budget Trucks team within our Loss Prevention Department. This position will revolve around the recovery of our Corporate Rental Assets and include the tasks below and other related efforts.
What you will do:
- Prepare daily overdue reports and review contracts and determine next course of action in overdue process.
- Contact rental customers via email, phone and LOD (Letter of Demand).
- Review contracts eligible for repossession and issue to vendors for recovery.
- Partner with field management to recover our assets and resolve open contracts.
- Process Budget Truck Do Not Rent entries on overdue vehicles.
- Utilize tracking platforms to aid in vehicle recovery.
- Other duties assigned.
What we are looking for:
- College Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years car rental security loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- 5 years business and customer service experience.
What you should bring:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during constantly fluctuating volumes.
- A self-starter attitude and ability to prioritize daily workflow.
- Must be detailed oriented, organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external entities.
- Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Teams), Wizard systems.
