Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree with a secured placement in medical school or medical degree with a secured placement in a residency program or have a Board Certification
- Completion of Officer Training School (OTS), Air Force Academy (AFA) or Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC)
- Must be at least 17, but has not reached age 42 on the date of enlistment
