Job Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must possess a Doctor of Medicine degree or a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited institution, as well as completion of one year of graduate medical education in a clinical specialty at a hospital acceptable to the Surgeon General, HQ USAF. Additionally, you must have a passing score on the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test (AFOQT) and complete Officer Training School (OTS), Air Force Academy (AFA), or Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC).
