Requirements :
- Completion of an accredited occupational therapy program, with a minimum of an entry level master's degree
- At least six months of experience in occupational therapy assignments
- State license and registration to practice occupational therapy
- Minimum of 24 months of supervised clinical experience in occupational therapy
- Completion of Officer Training School course
- Age requirement : between 18 and 42 years old
