Purpose :
Training Detachments (TRADET) are responsible for managing and conducting training during the customers Inter-deployment Training Cycle (IDTC) and support personnel are required to acquire and maintain basic operational skills, which enable them to complete and survive their missions on the water and over land under duress in high threat environments throughout the world’s greater littoral and riverine areas of operations.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to) :
- Assist in the design, development, management and modernization of existing and next generation operational and organizational structural doctrine designed to synchronize capability. Work closely with subject matter experts throughout military, industry and academia to document tactics, techniques, procedures, standard operating procedures, define organizational / institutional training structure / processes and best practices.
- Actively participate in training working groups and manage a training doctrine library that supports O5 level operational commands.
- Utilize analytical, planning, organizational coordination, negotiation and directing skills to ensure requirements are satisfied.
- Utilize Joint SOF Operational and Strategic Operations. Full spectrum NTTP, TTP, SOP, Tactical Memorandum and best practices design and development.
- Develop, prepare, staff, and publish administrative documents and reports.
- Develop and refine SWCC training and readiness policy / doctrine.
- Conduct research on current world situation and analysis of training manuals, lessons learned, and tactics, techniques, & procedures (TTPs).
