LOCATION: Arlington, TX/Remote
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
REPORTS TO: Senior Director of Rules and Compliance
WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Director – High Performance will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Team USA program ensuring operational excellence.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In conjunction with the Senior Director of Rules and Compliance, create a yearly business plan and budget.
- Oversee the Team USA program.
- Day-to-day operations ensuring operational excellence.
- Logistics for all Team USA needs including, but not limited to, site selection, setting up conferences, event planning, and travel planning for all Team USA members and coaches.
- Travel both domestically and internationally for the Team USA program.
- Manage Team USA efficiently and within budget constraints.
- Ensure all Team apparel and equipment items are properly inventoried, organized, delivered, and ordered as needed.
- Travel logistics and operations of all Team USA training, camps, and competitions.
- Serve as Team Manager at National Team events upon request.
- Ensure goals and objectives in Team USA Business Plans are met.
- Provide administrative and clerical support for all Team USA events.
- Assist at national events, such as managing volunteers, overseeing equipment setup and breakdown, and other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate Team USA entries for events.
- Coordinate and communicate travel arrangements for the team and staff.
- Track international event results.
- Provide timely resolution of team inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Prepare reports for team competitions.
- Coordinate Team USA information with PR/Communications.
- Understand and ensure compliance with USOPC rules, guidelines, and mandated qualification requirements.
- Performs other related duties and projects, as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to adhere to the Code of Conduct of the USBC Registered Volunteer Program is a condition of employment and continued employment.
- Knowledge of Safe Sport requirements.
- Bowling knowledge preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including excellent presentation/public speaking skills.
- Experience with running events/meeting planning desirable.
- Previous experience with establishing and maintaining budgets.
- Proficiency with general office computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Ability to articulate ideas and programs persuasively to various audiences.
- Ability to be highly motivated/goal-oriented, self-directed and to work productively under pressure required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines.
- Proven administrative abilities with strong planning skills.
EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of previous experience in related field.
- Must pass the RVP program and maintain a “Green Light” status.
- Must adhere to the Code of Conduct of the USBC Registered Volunteer Program as a condition of employment and continued employment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and/or climb.
- Must be able to move/lift up to 75lbs.
