INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as an INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the NUCLEAR MATERIAL DIVISION (2305), NUCLEAR MATERIAL SUPPORT BRANCH, NUCLEAR ENGINEERING & PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will have clear, concise oral and written communication. You will be highly organized with the ability to track progress of program needs. You will analyze and problem solve situations, as needed. You will visit vendors to review / discuss contract requirements to ensure vendor understands requirements. You will be responsible for assuring the progress and status of work is maintained in accordance with NAVSEA required schedules. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following :

• Experience with Inventory Management.
• Experience with purchase card program management.
• Experience tracking progress of program(s) needs.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Experience with DOD and Navy Supply System directives and procedures. GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following :
• Experience assisting with Inventory Management.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

• Experience assisting with purchase card program management.
