Position Summary:
- Customer Consultations: Assess customer needs and recommend tailored HVAC and plumbing solutions.
- Sales & Product Demonstrations: Present products, provide accurate pricing, and close sales to meet targets.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term customer relationships and offer additional products or services as needed.
- Collaboration: Work with installation teams for smooth product delivery and installation.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct In-Home Consultations: Assess customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Present Products & Services: Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value to customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Generate and Close Sales: Provide quotes, answer questions, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build & Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Provide Follow-Up & Support: Offer post-sale support, answer customer inquiries, and assist with any issues or concerns after the installation.
- Track Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Active Listening: Understanding customer needs and concerns.
- Persuasive Communication: Clearly highlighting product benefits.
- Negotiation: Finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Emotional Intelligence: Building rapport and trust with customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience
- 1 years of in home sales experience
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable vehicle to attend appointments
Compensation & Benefits:
- 150-200k a year
