The Opportunity

USofCare seeks a Chief Development Officer who will take a hands-on role in scaling our development operations while building sustainable revenue streams for immediate and long-term impact. USofCare is excited for an experienced leader to join our Executive Team and champion our mission through strategic fund development initiatives, donor-facing marketing and communications efforts, and the building and management of a highly functioning development department to meet near-term goals and ensure the organization’s future growth.
