The Target Salary Range for this position is : $99,518-$138,000
The Senate Sergeant at Arms is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner III to develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives. This role serves as a key recruitment partner to hiring managers and leadership, providing guidance on hiring policies and complex recruitment challenges. They analyze recruitment trends and metrics and recommend innovative HR strategies that align with organizational goals. The incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert and must have experience with full life-cycle recruitment.
This role requires adaptability to new technologies, strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, and a commitment to superior customer service. This role consults with stakeholders to execute sourcing strategies and develop outreach initiatives to strengthen employer branding. Additionally, the incumbent will lead large-scale recruitment projects, create training and resources for hiring managers.

Key Accountabilities / Essential Job Duties
Serves as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes, policies, and procedures; provides expert interpretation of employment policies, laws, and regulations.Acts as a strategic partner to stakeholders to ensure alignment of talent acquisition process with departmental goals.Builds and maintains a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.Serves as subject matter expert in sourcing and engaging top talent through various channels to meet long-term organizational needs.Proactively analyzes recruitment metrics and trends and makes recommendations for executive decision-making and optimizes recruitment processes.Develops, implements, and executes recruitment outreach strategy, branding efforts, and hiring events.Maintains and updates recruitment tools, resources, and systems and technologies to support talent acquisition.Participates in interview panels and makes recommendations for the selection of applicants.Other duties as assigned.JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.Required Work Experience
8 years of talent acquisition experience, including project leadership in complex projects or initiatives.Required Special Skills / Knowledge

Desired Qualifications
