What are the responsibilities and job description for the LAW CLERK SUMMER 2025 position at United States Senate?
The Office of Senator Adam Schiff is seeking a Law Clerk to work in his Washington, D.C. office for the summer of 2025. Duties include assisting the Senator’s judiciary team with legislative research, memo drafting, oversight work, and preparing the Senator for Senate Judiciary Committee hearings and markups. We are seeking a current law student that possesses strong analytical skills, legal research skills, and critical thinking skills, and who thrives in a fast paced environment. California ties are preferred, but not required. Start and end dates are flexible.
