Republican member of the Senate Finance and HELP Committees seeks a Health Care Legislative Correspondent. Applicants must be detail oriented, well organized, able to handle a fast-paced work environment, work well in a team, and have exceptional interpersonal skills. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing constituent correspondence, meeting with constituent groups, drafting memos and talking points, and assisting with committee hearing and markup preparation. This not an entry level position; applicants will have at least two years of Hill or related experience. Midwest ties are strongly preferred.
