Massachusetts Democratic Senator seeks a staff assistant who will be based in their Boston office. Primary responsibilities include responding to constituent inquiries, managing front office operations, and supporting events. Staff Assistants work closely with Regional Directors and support their work liaising with community stakeholders and supporting policy issues in their areas. The staff assistant team is also responsible for co-managing an internship program, and completing additional administrative tasks as needed. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills. The ideal candidate is a team player who demonstrates outstanding attention to detail and maintains a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced, constituent services-oriented environment. Ideal candidates would be able to start this full-time position in April or May 2025.
