Under minimum supervision, supervises custodial work to include providing instructions on the proper use of equipment and insuring proper staff utilization. Insures the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of facilities. Foreman pay level determination is based on the primary/majority work level of associates supervised: HPP 1 work level HPP 1 Foreman level HPP 2 work level HPP 2 Foreman level. Actively communicates/promotes the benefits of the Military Star Credit Card to customers in order to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
