Event Details
Our Maintenance and Electrical Hiring Event is designed to identify talented individuals for our open positions. The event will consist of two key components:- Written Assessment: Candidates will take a written test to demonstrate their knowledge and skills.
- Interview: A face-to-face interview to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.

To become an employee as a Maintenance Technician Mechanic, candidates must:- Pass the written assessments
- Successfully complete an interview
- Demonstrate their skills through a hands-on assessment
- This is a safety sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol testing
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing and/or industrial experience (including relevant experience gained in military service) or equivalent education. This includes experience in any of the following: hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, power transmission systems, welding, pipefitting, structural repair, and diesel mechanic.
- High School Diploma or GED
- The position may require you to work rotating shifts, which will include Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
- The position requires overtime work as needed.
- Adherence to safety procedures/guidelines always. Safety is our core value which requires you to wear safety protection such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection.
- The position requires punctuality, consistent attendance, and self-direction for the success of the operations.
- Must be able to read and understand; micrometer, caliper, blueprints, and basic tolerancing.
- Proficiency in math, trigonometry and the calculation of cutting speeds and feeds.
- 2-year related technical certificate in Machine Tool Technology or applicable experience preferred.
- The rate of pay for this position is $40.53/hr.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a broad range of mechanical systems and equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, power transmission systems, conveyors, cranes, and mobile equipment.
- Responsible for the operation of; manual lathes, mills, vertical and horizontal boring machines, and horizontal and vertical band saws.
- Provide assistance in operating functions as necessary.
- May be required to work at heights and/or in confined space.
- May work alone with minimal supervision or with other machinist - maintenance technicians.
- Work in various areas of the plant location is required. Dependent upon the area, environmental conditions can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, and noisy.
Salary : $41
