The Role :
To provide excellent customer services to internal and external constituents.
Handle Sectional, Regional, and National Camp logistics, including invites, forms, lodging, stipends, and coach payments.
- Organize logistics for Training Camps, Playoffs, and Domestic & International Trips, including travel, lodging, and flights.
- Coordinate ITF Junior events and ETA Player and Coach Nominations.
- Administer PD Grants for Men's, Women's, and Wheelchair Tennis.
- Ensure legal compliance for waivers and Safe Play policies.
- Input player data and upload player forms into the AMS Player Database.
- Process invoices and payment requests in Concur.
- Support Senior Manager as needed with PD events and special projects.
- Assist with the USTA PD Wild Cards for Pro Circuit events, working with the players, National Coaching Staff, and Pro Circuit Staff to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Support Head of Men's and Women's Tennis and Director, Wheelchair Tennis as needed with special projects.
- Provide support as needed at the Player Development Front Desk and the Lodge; Drive student-athletes, staff, and USTAPD guests as needed; chaperone and participate in off-site activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $45,000 - $47,000 and overtime eligible. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
