We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The RoleThis is an 8-week program from June 10th through August 13th.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ESTHybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the Westchester Office.
Hourly rate: $20.00- Email Marketing and Audience Development: Support the creation and segmentation of email campaigns, contributing to audience growth and engagement initiatives.
- Personalization Tools and Campaign Targeting: Learn to utilize personalization tools to deliver targeted and meaningful campaign experiences for our audiences.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance data, create insightful reports, and assist in presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Campaign Measurement and Strategy: Ensure accurate tracking of marketing campaigns, evaluate their success through data-driven analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to business owners.
- Earning degree related to Digital, Marketing, Data or Analytics
- Strong analytics skills and familiarity with numbers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets - experienced using formulas, pivot tables, and building charts and visualizations
- Comfortable working with large data sets and reviewing data and visualizations for accuracy
- Basic SQL skills a plus
