The Role
This is an 8-week program from June 10th through August 13th.
Working hours : Monday-Thursday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST
Hybrid schedule : Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the National Campus - Orlando.
Hourly rate : $16.00
The National Campus Admin Intern will gain comprehensive exposure to the operations and strategic functions that drive the success of the National Campus as a dynamic business entity. This internship is specifically designed to provide in-depth experience with the RSMA (Racquet Sports Management Apprentice), sales initiatives, and sponsorship projects, offering a unique opportunity to explore these critical aspects of the organization.
In this role, the intern will actively support and contribute to a range of high-impact projects, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of key business functions. From assisting in the coordination of sponsorship campaigns to analyzing sales strategies and contributing to RSMA processes, the intern will develop valuable project management skills and a deeper understanding of strategic operations. This hands-on experience will empower the intern to build a strong foundation in business administration while directly influencing initiatives that support the organization's growth and success.
Who You Are
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inform diverse audiences.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of tennis, is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with event planning and social media management is beneficial.
