United States X Advisors California, a growing public accounting firm with offices in Sherman Oaks and West Los Angeles, is looking for an Account Manager - Business Management to join our team! The Account Manager - Business Management will report to the Director of USXA CA’s Business Management Department. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and train Business Management Assistant staff
- Interface with clients on a daily basis; responsible for daily client activity, including requests and timely follow up of all outstanding matters
- Monitor clients’ personal and / or commercial insurance policies, assist with renewals and claims
- Communicate with Partners, staff, and clients regarding business management and financial matters
- Delegate work amongst Business Management Assistant Team staff
- Responsible for timely issuance of financial reporting packages (annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly deliverables)
- Manage third parties to which functions have been outsourced (payroll, systems, banking)
- Assist Partners with special projects, including but not limited to, real estate transactions, auto purchases / leases, property construction, investments
- Attend and / or conduct client meetings
- Act as approver in AgilLink workflow
- Onboarding new clients
- Book investments statements
- Participate in performance review of staff
- Monitor cash projections and oversee budgeting processes
- Oversee the financial operations of client companies
- Oversee third parties to which functions have been outsourced (payroll, banking)
- Reviews the schedule of all filings and reported information, providing accountability for accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in Business Management department hiring
- Work overtime hours as needed
- Other related duties as assigned
