- Attend a training meeting and run a 2-hour coaching clinic
- Commit to coaching twice a week during the full eight-week season
- Proven experience in coaching or playing volleyball at levels including high school, club, or college
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Ability to instruct and motivate young athletes effectively
- Excellent organizational skills for managing game day activities
- Experience in coaching or playing volleyball at the high school level or beyond is required
