- Instruct and supervise the site volunteer coaches in delivering volleyball fundamentals.
- Organize and manage home and inter-site game days.
- Maintain communication with the USYVL National Office.
- Participate in training meetings and host a 2-hour coaching clinic.
- Experience in coaching or playing volleyball at the high school, club, college, or higher levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.

- The compensation for the Clinician (Head Volleyball Coach) role will be commensurate with experience and the duration of the season.
- The expected time commitment includes working twice a week for the complete eight-week season, from April 2, 2025, to June 7, 2025, on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, along with participation in a parent meeting and coaching clinic.
