Key Responsibilities
- Instruct and supervise volunteer coaches in delivering volleyball fundamentals.
- Demonstrate essential volleyball skills and techniques.
- Organize game days, both at home and inter-site.
- Maintain effective communication with the USYVL National Office.
- Attend mandatory training meetings and lead a 2-hour coaching clinic.
- Proven experience coaching or playing volleyball at competitive levels (high school, club, college, or higher).
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with youth and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
