Key Responsibilities
- Instruct and supervise volunteer coaches in the effective teaching of volleyball fundamentals.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and skills in volleyball.
- Organize both home and inter-site game days.
- Maintain communication with the USYVL National Office to ensure program consistency.
- Attend a mandatory training meeting to prepare for the season.
- Conduct a 2-hour coaching clinic to equip volunteers and coaches with necessary skills.
- Experience in coaching or playing volleyball at the high school, club, college, or higher levels.
- Proficient recreational volleyball players are also encouraged to apply.
- A reliable, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor is essential for engaging with young athletes.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parent volunteers.
- Previous experience in volleyball coaching or competitive play is preferred.
- Capability to work with youth in a team-oriented environment.
- An enthusiastic and dependable approach to coaching is required.

Compensation And Benefits
- Clinicians will receive a stipend, contingent on experience and the duration of the season, to be paid at the conclusion of the eight-week league program.
- Commitment expected is twice a week during the season, from April 8, 2025, to June 7, 2025, on Tuesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, in addition to a parent meeting and coaching clinic.
