Key Responsibilities
- Instruct and supervise site volunteer coaches in the fundamental skills of volleyball.
- Demonstrate proper volleyball techniques to enhance player development.
- Organize and manage home and inter-site game days.
- Maintain communication with the USYVL National Office.
- Attend a training meeting and conduct a 2-hour coaching clinic.
- Commit to coaching sessions twice a week throughout the eight-week season.
- Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals and techniques.
- Excellent communication abilities to engage with both children and adult volunteers.
- Capability to work effectively with children aged 7-15 in a team setting.
- Leadership experience in a coaching or similar environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for youth sports.
- Experience in coaching or playing volleyball at the high school, club, college, or higher levels.
- Proven track record of engaging and instructing young athletes.
