Compensation And Benefits
Clinicians can expect a stipend at the conclusion of the eight-week league season, contingent upon experience and the duration of commitment. The anticipated time commitment for this position is twice a week from April 1st, 2025, to June 7th, 2025, including Tuesdays and Saturdays, alongside participation in a parent meeting and coaching clinic.

- Organize and manage home and inter-site game days effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with the USYVL National Office.
- Attend training meetings and facilitate a 2-hour coaching clinic.
- Proven experience in coaching and/or playing volleyball at a high school, club, college, or higher level.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively instruct and lead volunteer coaches.
- Organizational skills for coordinating game days and clinic sessions.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards youth engagement in sports.
- Experience in coaching or high-level volleyball play is essential.
- Reliable and committed individual with a passion for youth sports.
