Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the steel fabrication/erection industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
