Ox Foundation Solutions provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services in the Southeast states.
Ox is looking to add a Crew Chief to our team. The Crew Chief role plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of a crew involved in repairing and stabilizing foundations. This role is responsible for leading a team of Technicians to execute foundation repair projects efficiently and in accordance with industry standards.
What you’ll do:
● Supervise and lead teams while providing guidance and support.
● Foster a safety-conscious and collaborative team culture.
● Maintain open and clear communications with crew members and Project Managers.
● Ensures company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools and other assets are properly maintained.
● Ensures the team is providing remarkable customer experience and satisfaction.
● Maintaining impeccable installation quality in a timely manner.
