Outside Sales Representative

United Structural Services, LLC provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, sinkhole remediation, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services to Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama.

United Structural Systems is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to our team. The Outside Sales Representative role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets. This role will involve identifying prospects, solutions, and guiding a client through a completed sales transaction driving revenue growth.

What you’ll do :

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing, overcome objections, and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes.
  • Communicate effectively on issues such as market trends, competitive threats, client needs and pending opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to align strategies and share insights.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Diagnose and educate homeowners on necessary repair and renovation needs.

What you’ll need :

  • Servant-leader mindset.
  • Ambassador for the Company’s culture, purpose and vision.
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbally.
  • 2 Years of prior experience preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience using SalesForce is a plus.
  • Previous experience in construction or home improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
