Scheduling Coordinator
United Structural Systems, LLC provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, sinkhole remediation, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services in the Southeast states.
USS is looking to add a Scheduling Coordinator to our team. The Scheduling Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials between departments according to weekly production schedules.
What you’ll do:
● Manage master production schedules; planning for finished work and productivity levels.
● Participate in weekly processes, including data collection, analysis and complex problem solving for eliminating obstacles while maintaining and reflecting the site’s capabilities.
● Revise production schedules when required due to job changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, or other unplanned interruptions.
● Coordinating and collaborating with other departments.
● Run and maintain reports.
● Schedule and coordinate with Warranty Departments for various work schedules.
