Summary
The E-Commerce Lead is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction by building a reputation for Ultimate Service. He/she serves as the StreetSide leader at store level and is responsible for achieving e-commerce productivity goals. He/She provides ongoing technical training, coaching, and development of the StreetSide team.

He/she serves as the StreetSide leader at store level and is responsible for achieving e-commerce productivity goals. He/She provides ongoing technical training, coaching, and development of the StreetSide team.
Key Responsibilities
- When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest
- Assist with the training, scheduling, performance management (to include discipline, separations, etc.) for all e-commerce team members ensure product meets guest demand in an effective and controlled manner
- Accurately select the highest quality product offering for our StreetSide guests to meet and exceed company expectations of providing Ultimate Service
- Assist in the sourcing, interview, and selection of all e-commerce team members
- Responsible for supervising and ensuring proper order selection and processes are followed to maximize efficiencies ensuring product meets guest demand in an effective and controlled manner
- Help set and notify team members of daily operational goals to gain team buy-in
- Help monitor product movement and notify Grocery team when adjustments in ordering are needed
- Assist E-Commerce team in workload management, monitoring out of stocks and check product substitutions when necessary
- Assist with overall guest and team member safety
- Designate and assign trainers as necessary
- Greet and speak politely with every guest on premises
- Perform other duties as requested or required by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Perform all other physical aspects of the job including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, and walking
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs and stand for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
- Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
- Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
